Orders

Full payment is required at the time of ordering we also require your name, email address, card details. Without this we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

If your item is out of stock this will be placed on back order and you will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you rather not wait.

Please note that you are entitled to cancel your order if you wish. If you wish to excersise your right to cancel this contract prior to order despatch, please contact our customer services department on sales@adorn-interiors.co.uk. If your order has already been despatched please follow the procedure set out in Returns Policy.

Delivery schedule

UK orders are normally despatched within 5-10 business days, except bespoke items, plese check item description. All parcels are sent signed delivery , so please assure somebody is present at the address. We are happy to contact you upon the day of despatch upon request.  We can leave instructions for the courier to leave parcels, but this is at your own risk.

Overseas orders please email sales@adorn-interiors.co.uk for shipping quotation.

A contact number is required for the delivery so we may contact you if there is a problem with your delivery. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass on this information to couriers in case they need to contact you to arrange the delivery of your order.

Please use the comments box at the checkout for any specific delivery instructions.

IMPORTANT - Please check all packaging for damage upon delivery. Damaged parcels MUST be signed for as damaged. Any damage that has occured in transit that has been signed for as 'received in good condition' cannot be compensated.

Free Harrogate Delivery for Harrogate HG postcodes only. Please tick the Harrogate delivery option at checkout and the shipping will be deducted.  If the Harrogate delivery option is ticked for a non HG delivery postcode the order will not be processed.

Product pricing and descriptions

Each purchase is sold subject to its product description. We take all responsible care to ensure that all details, images, descriptions and prices appearing on the website are correct at the time the relevent information was entered onto the system.

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website.
