Return Policy

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items. Please post the items at your own cost with your order details to;

Adorn Interiors, 25 Providence Terrace, Harrogate, HG1 5EX

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt  in its original condition and we will gladly offer an exchange, refund or credit note. Returns and re-delivery of goods is at your (the customers) expense. Faulty goods or goods sent in error will be credited in full.

Please wrap the items very securely  and insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt as we are unable to issue credits for items that we do not receive. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. We cannot be responsible for interest charges made by your credit card company whilst returns to be refunded to your card.
